We’ll be joining Sky Arts at the RDS, in Dublin, on Sunday 14 July from 10am to 6pm, providing free sessions through the day to celebrate their Portrait Artist of the Year Competition!

This was a dream session for me, the fabulous Azaria Starfire had proposed the theme months before and we had roped in Dark Knight Fontaine to model along side her. Red Boy created the visuals for the backdrop and on the day everything came together perfectly! I was even more delighted when I saw these photos by Kerri Cherry, because I never thought she’d be able to capture the atmosphere so well – but she did!

In March, we created an undersea cavern populated with beautiful sea nymphs and mer-people for our Under the Sea session featuring Bella Agogo and Randal Jones!

Back in September 2012, the Dublin branch hosted a 'Blade Runner' themed event feauring models and performers Azaria Starfire, Rachel Lally and Sarah Vixyn.

Our first Summer Nights session came with a very fitting Grease theme!!! Everyone at Dr.Sketchy’s Dublin HQ was super excited about it. We had the stunning Epiphany DeMeanour as Sandy Olsson and Lycan Animal as heart throb Danny Zuko.
This talented pair are no strangers to the stage they also provided the sessions entertainment too. Over the course of 3 hours we saw Sandy transform from demure girl next door into a smoking hottie! (If you dont believe me check out the photos & the amazing black pants Epiphany/ Sandy is wearing.)

Dublin summers are usually notable for the grey skies and chill in the air, but on the last Saturday in May, we experienced a bit of a heat wave – ironically, as our theme was better suited to a gloomy day! So, we cranked up the air conditioning, kept the pitchers of ice-cold cocktails topped up and celebrated the 2nd birthday of our branch with a Miss Havisham themed session!
Our models were Blue Ruin and Postmodern Sleeze, while we were treated to the musical stylings of Lady K & Ruby Noir who put a jazzy twist on contemporary songs.
We will be back in 4 Dame Lane on the 30th June in our new later time slot of 5pm to 8pm with a Grease
