Can you guess the theme of this week's Dr. Sketchys? Let me give you another hint …

"The Name is Walker."

"Steve Walker."

Ringing any bells? We had "The Spy Who Loved Me" playing? No? Oh well, you'll figure it out someday. Lady J blew in from Red Square to hand deliver important documents relating to the construction of SUPER AWESOME MODELING. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to oggle Lady J and the decadant goings on of Dr. Sketchys.

From Lady J's awesome turn as a Super-Spy. I have never looked more like cod then in this photo.

Whereas Syd (AKA Agent Chuztpah ) looks like a 70s-era Hashshashin protecting our books.
Not that I'm complaining about that.

Most of your are probably wondering why this post is so late. To put bluntly, I died. Killed by a flaming toilet seat from a falling space station. Tragic true, but I got to ascend to the many Heavens. Let me tell you, not all they're cracked up to be. Not by a long shot. So I came back to enjoy the insane, gaudy romp that is The Dr. Sketchy's Re-Cap!
(P.S: Due to the laws of reincarnation, I had to come back as a 13 year old Japanese girl named Kemi …so there may be more emoti-cons and exclamation points.)
Enough of about me. How about some Lola Pearl?
Come one come all, to the Big Top Not-So-Travelling Spectacle! GAZE upon the models! GAWK at the artists! DRINK yourself into a stupor! It's the all singing-all dancing- all drawing circus night at Dr. Sketchy's, and who better to guide you than our returning champion, Amber Ray?

She's a sensational sexy clown. I don't know wether to be horrified or aroused … just like every other time. And now I, your faithful re-capper, armed with a Bloody Mary and glittery princess clown, to give it to you, our insatiable weasels of an audience.
Thanks to Dr. Simon, Justin Lussien and Ryan Roman for the photographs. Without them I'd just have to describe everything, and frankly I've got better things to do today.
Ahhh, Janurary! That brisk, crisp time of year when apple-faced children put on their parkas and race outside to enjoy the….unseasonable warmth. It's 70 degrees in New York, thanks to either divine intervention or global warming. Whatever it is, we salute you! Girls are back in skirts and guys are finding even more flimsy reasons to take thier shirts off. It's like a holiday miracle!*
Art Monkeys crammed into our over-heated lounge for the New Year spectacular. Kicking off 2007 with new prizes and two people from the Other Side Of the World! Peter, the Princable of Dr. Sketchy's Auckland and Dillon Font! Stand-Up man from
Japan! More of him later. But now, enough men. Onto our glittering star of the New Year, show producer and burlesque funny girl …Little Brooklyn!
It has been brought to my notice that the group photo of the Art Monkeys

looks an awful lot like an album cover. Which, of course, led to these

I feel so dirty…the dirt's not coming off!
