Only 3 day's away, only 2 tickets left and we couldn't be more excited to be in our new abode! As it's Christmas this session's theme fit's right in with out Grinch of a host Lou-Leigh Blue.

Our fabulous models for this session, we have... Gorefest Drag Queen extraordinaire Ruby Rawbone who's Dr. Sketchy's Bristol cherry we will be popping and the stunning multi-skilled Misty Lotus all the way from Switzerland. On the music we have our in house DJ Sir Hammond and Grinch's little helpers Ana Kiss and Angelique Dominique.

We'll supply the candy canes and chocolate coins you just bring those pad's and pencils and grab yourself a cocktail or two.

This weekend Bristol was full of fabulous drag queens, fierce burlesque dancers and more cabaret performances than you could shake a stick at.

Alongside Bristol Burlesque Festival we hosted a special Dr.Sketchy's for some of our out of town performers a session filled with sequins, feathers and glam.

We welcomed USA's Honey badger of burlesque Jeez Loueez to our little art school following her first UK show and London's finest facebook showgirl Good Ness Gracious. Our artists were certainly set some pretty tall challenges with these ladies to draw their extravagant costumes, elaborate poses and to try and capture the attitude from both models. All this wrapped up in the atmosphere of the tattoo studio Purple Rose Tattoo Parlour we really hope to have these ladies back again in the future. 

The level of artwork at Bristol's sketchy's is always so top notch it's always hard for our models to pick a favouite image each. Check out our winning images...with prizes from Purple Rose and Bristol Fine art.

Dr.Sketchy's Bristol presents... Animal Behaviour with models

After a quiet end to 2016 we are  happy to announce our return of Dr. Sketchy's Bristol  with some fabulous new additions!

We are pleased to announce Dr.Sketchy's will now run monthly* on the last Sunday of every month* in our wonderful new abode... (*excluding May due to festival season)

Purple Rose Tattoo Parlour, Fishponds, Bristol, UK

All classes will run between the hours of 5-7pm. 

Every session we will hold our classes with a different theme and our 2 hour class showcasing 2 life models from the world of burlesque, dance, circus, drag, queer, sideshow and much more.

As always we have themes for the classes to inspire our artist's drawngs. 

The studio will be full of natural light, music fitting the months theme and prizes from our sponsors for our models favourite artists.

We look forward to seeing you all for

Lou-Leigh Blue would like to say a massive Thank you to all of the artist, models and team who made our 3rd birthday so memorable. 

If you missed it…why? You missed one of our most crazy and grand sessions to date. We had the delights of Sir Midnight Blue- Our Strong Man, Flossie Smalls- The bearded lady and Oh! Carolina- The glass walker and of course your resident tattoo lady Lou-Leigh Blue at the helm, there is never a dull moment at Dr.Sketchy’s Bristol normally but this session took it to the next level.

The art work produced at this session was amazing, inspiring and we just had to show it off to all our follows, it was to good just to keep to ourselves! 

So thanks to David Hammonds here we have a short video to show all you lovely artists what we got up to our last session. 

We want to thank all our regular artists for their constant support and we would also like to take this opportunity to thank all our newest visitors in showing an interest in our little art school and we can’t wait to see all your wonderful faces and art work again soon!
