All photos courtesy of Jeffrey Adam Danyleyko. Inspired by the horror that was my first Brazilian wax, our first art contest theme was Best Addition of Body Hair. Lilla struck a strong pose, and the artists got to adding short and curlies. With Playboy’s announcement to no longer include nudes on our mind, contest number two was to turn Lilla’s pose into a magazine cover. Lilla suggested that the raunchiest cover would win the prize. What do you call November’s issue of Used Condoms Monthly? Lilla’s favourite cover. (Note the discreet paper bag that our sponsors The Condom Shack placed their prize inside.) Over the evening, Lilla Koi created dozens of adorable pin up poses. The cherry on top the evening was one final art contest. We invited all the artists to share their sketches for a chance to win a gift certificate from Curry’s Artist Materials. Dr.Sketchy’s Toronto will return on Friday, February 5th with burlesque dancer Charlie Quinn as a sexy stormtrooper. Stay sketchy!

Regina dusted off her most ghastly and glamorous white dresses to pose as a corpse bride. All photos are courtesy of Jeffrey Adam Danyleyko. Regina Dentata opened the evening with a series of quick gestures in a voluminous wedding gown. Fun fact: Regina's stage name was inspired by the horror movie Teeth!
For the first of the night's art contests, we challenged the audience to add Regina's 'Unexpected Bite' to their art. What followed was a variety of weird and gruesome additions of teeth to Regina's body. Teeth tiaras, teeth hands, teeth breasts... and that was just in one drawing!
In contest number two, the theme was 'The Bride from Hell'. Regina was no basic Bridezilla. She was sleeping with Satan himself!
After intermission, our model slipped into her finest mourning shrouds.
And to conclude, everyone was invited to share their favourite for one final art contest.
Dr. Sketchy's Toronto will be on holiday until February 2016. Until then, stay Sketchy!

Rubie Magnitude brought to life 60s camp cult icon Barbarella at Dr. Sketchy's Toronto this September. Last summer, Rubie shared with us her love for all things neon at our 1980s inspired night. We loved Rubie so much, we needed to have her back... with even bigger hair!

Rubie revved up the start of the night with a rapid succession of science fiction, pin up gestures.

Every month, we look forward to seeing the weird and filthy art contest entries. For the first contest, the challenge was to add an alien encounter to this pose below.

The artists came up with triple-donged aliens, hordes of groping Martians, lots of tentacles, and Zoidberg. Because... why not?

In the second contest, our sponsor The Condom Shack donated a bag of lube as a prize. Naturally, our contest challenge was Best Incorporation of a Bag of Lube.

The competition was tight.

After the intermission, Rubie slipped into her second ensemble, including a bedazzled breastplate.

To conclude the night, everyone was invited to participate in one last art contest. The artists shared their favourite drawings of Rubie Magnitude, and she picked her favourite to win a gift card from our sponsor Curry's Artist Materials.

Toronto's spice rack Carmen La Bomba payed tribute to two rock 'n' roll legends at August's session of Dr. Sketchy's Toronto. Carmen is the kind of gal who can make you fall off your chair just by turning around.

Originally, we had planned to bring air guitar into the poses. But we decided, there's nothing like the real thing.

For our first art contest, we challenged the artists to incorporate product placement into their drawings. Entries included product placement for the Deadpool movie, a box of extra large condoms, and Carmen's favourite...

... a vacuum cleaner!

In the second art contest, the theme was Best Rock N Roll Scandal. Some salacious scandals included wardrobe malfunctions...

... and the most specific fetish ever (upskirt clowns).

We were stunned by this scandalous entry were Carmen was smoking the ashes of a dead pope!!! Brutal.

Carmen switched it up into a Slash outfit

If Carmen was a president, she would be Baberham Lincoln.

We wrapped up the session with our favourite contest - Model's Pick! Everyone shared their favourite sketches for a chance to win a gift card from Currys Artists Materials.

Bombshell pin up model, antique connoiseur, vintage clothing seller, and Instagram cutie Steffi Kay posed for us on Friday, July 3rd. Steffi was a class act, bringing a touch of retro sophistication and leading woman good looks.

To begin the evening, Steffi was a detective hot on the trail of a jewel thief.

Naturally, Steffi played both roles.

In the first of art contests of the night, we challenged the audience to come up with the Sexiest Mugshot.

Michelle had the winning drawing - Orgasm Is the New Black.

In the second art contest, the challenge was to give Steffi a sidekick.

Some sidekicks included our photographer Jeffrey...

... a German Expressionist film reference...

...a swan (that became one with her body)...

and the winner. I won't spoil Pam's backstory for her drawing, but my face describes how shocking it was. Instant winner.

After intermission, Steffi slipped into a vintage, Japanese nightgown. Gorgeous!

Lastly, Steffi Kay wrapped up the night in one last impossibly short vintage dress.

Every Dr. Sketchy's drawing session, we invite everyone to share their favourite sketches. The model then picks their favourite to win a gift card from Curry's Artist Materials. Here are a handful of sketches from the artists.
