Dr. Sketchy’s of the Upper Valley is run by Miss Phoebe. 

Miss Phoebe is a mother, a wife, and writer who was born and raised in beautiful downtown White River Junction. Along with her husband and children, she currently lives in a 200+ year old house that is in a constant state of renovation, located in W.R.Jct.‘s historic South End.

When Miss Phoebe discovered the world of Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School, she knew that the Upper Valley would be the perfect place to start a branch.  With the help of a cadre of kindred spirits, she spreads the joys of drawing and drinking throughout her territory.
