For our August session at Roxy Roots, we brought you a murder mystery starring Onyx of Rock in Hose Burlesque and members of Dr. Sketchy's, namely our co-host Peter, photographer Clyde, and Sketchy's Little Helper Ray. ?????????????. ? Onyx ????????????... ?????????. ??????????????, ??????????, ??????? (Clyde ?). ? Onyx ????????, ?????. ???? Onyx ????? (Peter ?). ?? Onyx ???????? ???????????. ????????? ??????????????, ?????????????, ???????????????. Our story revolves around Onyx, who is enjoying a day at the beach, when suddenly she finds a dead body nearby. Panicking, she returns to the beach house trying to think of what to do when a repairman shows up at the door. She lets him in the house for repairing, but becomes suspicious of the repairman. Just then, she has another visitor - her lover, who came to pick her up on a date. She also becomes suspicious of her lover after she let him in, so she called for help discreetly. Well, maybe not discreet enough... Before revealing the murderer, we asked Art Monkeys to guess which of the two men were the murderer. The reward? Home-baked brownies... yum! ??, ???????????????. ????????????????, ???, ?????????????. ???????????~ ??????????????, ???????! We did have a bonus winner this session in one of the mini-contests, which was very interesting, so I just have to share this. This Art Monkey not only drew what he thought was supposed to happen, he just began to scribble his extended version of the story in his drawing (lucky he brought a huge sketchbook with him!). Naturally, we asked him to share his story with us, but it's actually a bit disturbing (which I love, by the way), so I'm not allowed to re-tell the story here.
