Some of you may have heard that Dr Sketchy's Atlanta co-hostess, Lisa Stock is writing and directing an adaptation of Neil Gaiman's Snow, Glass, Apples for the stage in East Atlanta Village. As a special thank you to all of our wonderful supporters, we're opening it up to you guys for a sneak peek before the play hits the stage. We'll be creating still scenes from the play for your drawing pleasure, in the very setting it will be presented, under the stars at the East Atlanta Village Farmer's Market. We'll be starting a little early this time, at 7:30. All mediums are welcome, including courteous photographers. Discreet BYOB is allowed. If you have a camp chair and drawing board, feel free to bring it. This is a reasonably all-ages event, although there are adult themes. We do expect this event to sell out, so we strongly encourage you to buy tickets in advance with the link at the bottom. Your ticket to Dr Sketchy's also gets you a buy one get one free deal to the play itself, at any of the shows that follow. Play runs August 23rd-28th, with a family-friendly show on Sunday. Please note: button below is ONLY for the Dr Sketchy's event. A link is forthcoming to buy tickets for the play itself. Thank you.
