Break out the sad songs and half-eaten chocolates! It's Dr. Sketchy's Broken Hearts Club! For this Valentine's day we give you a picture of desperation, loneliness, and soul-crushing despair, just like every other Valentines day. Crank up the Magnetic Fields! Whoo! I mean Boo-Hoo!

And who will pose for this display of depression? Why Aprella. Of Course.

Take a gander not only at the bleeding wound but also at the hair shaped into a heart! We're nothing if not ruthlessly thematic here at Dr. Sketchy's.

Nothing says classy like drug store chocolates! Aprella also brought chocolate-dipped strawberries for the whole class. See what happens when you miss Dr. Sketchy's? You miss CANDY.

When dressing the set, me and Dr. Simon wanted a candy-cane look. We ran out of streams so now it's more "Church Basement Party." then gauzy beauty. But considering how many romantic horrors take place in wood-paneled "party rooms", I think it worked out.

Oh and we had contests. How we did have contests. I believe* this one was "best incorporation of a randy monster."

So that's where the Wild Things are! With Aprella! …suffering impotence.
