Fellow Sketchy fiends, Our city was hit by a 7.1 magnitude earthquake early on Saturday 4th September. We're pleased to report there were no fatalities (with the exception of one of the zoo's lemurs) and all of the sketchy crew are intact. Some of our local Art Monkeys have been badly affected. Many have lost their homes, and it's sad to see some of Christchurch's iconic historic buildings in ruins. Some areas are battling broken sewage pipes and contaminated water supplies. It's not safe to drink from the tap so we're sensibly sticking to alcohol. Our beloved hosts, Goodbye Blue Monday, have withstood the tremors with all their whiskey safe and sound.
