Alas, it is summer in Lethbridge and the annual exodus for places unknown has occurred. I’ve always had mixed feeling about this. I like the emptiness of the city but miss the mix of interesting people.
For this reason, Dr. Sketchy’s: Lethbridge is giving their selves a little spa vacation for the month of July. But do not despair! We have a lot of events in the works!
In August, we are taking Dr. Sketchy’s on the road to Blairmore. I am working on a residency at the Gushul Studios, with Christopher Moore, as part of the Trap\door Residency program. So we will be presenting a very different style of sketchy’s afternoon – a sketch walk! Watch this space for more details but keep Aug 29th open!

Hi and welcome to the new Dr. Sketchy's Website, Philly branch. We've been quiet this summer, but we're about to make some noise. First, we're having a special Dr. Sketchy's Philly session at one of the world's finest art museum's with one of the world's largest art collections, the Philadelphia Museum of Art. On Friday, August 6th, on the steps of the great hall, we'll be holding a special hour-long session from 5:45 PM to 6:45 PM. To attend you can buy tickets at the museum, museum members enter for free.

Oh YES! We had a sneak peek yesterday at the newly refurbished room The Mezz, in The Twisted Pepper and are now SOOOPER excited about this weekend's Dr. Sketchy's Dublin session! The big old bar-turned-DJ-booth is hisory, as is the fixed seating that we used as our stage area. The orientation of the room has been turned around and there is a gorgeous built-in stage in place. There are spots on the stage for 'atmospheric lighting' and a full lighting rig will be going in soon too!
