My aren't we lucky? Dr. Sketchy Auckland is proud to announce their collaboration with Auckland City Council and The Edge for the Pick and Mix project. Pick and Mix is a family focused programme aimed at bringing a wide range of arts and cultural events from New Zealand’s top performing arts companies and artists free of charge. The programme starts on 11 June and runs every Sunday until 27 August. (Full list of events here). Dr. Sketchy Auckland’s session will be the finale of the programme, starting with a performance from circus and physical theatre luminaries Beth Kayes & Eve Gordon, and followed by a sketching workshop for all ages. We will be situated in the Concert Chamber of the Auckland Town Hall (and are rather pleased to have scored such a prestigious venue).
