A blonde, a brunette and a red head walk into a bar..

Dr. Sketchy Auckland is proud to present not one, but THREE fabulous models for you in September! Presenting the troublesome trio from Provocateur Productions!

One is a pint sized hell raising rebel - risque and rock'n'roll.
The second a seductive siren - sexy and sumptuous tease.
The other a lady of opposite forces - sultry and satirical.

They are a trio who offer up variety and versatility in all their ventures.

They are Ms Ruby Rebel, Madam Mutiny and Vola Tile.

They are Provocateur Productions.

Your MC for the evening is Headmistress and long time Dr. Sketchy MC Lilly Loca, who will entertain you with irreverent banter (she blames the wine), scandelous stories and sing songs. Her wing man for the

Some exciting news arrived in my inbox today. A chance for all you wonderful artists & budding comic creators to get your work out into the big wide world & find yourself an audience.

Just launched via SXSW, comiXology is a digital comics platform which aims to get self published comics out to the masses via iPad, iPhone, Android, Kindle Fire, and Windows 8 apps. Creators split the profits equally with comiXology and retain full ownership of their work.

We hope to see some of our Sketchy regulars self-published very soon! You can thank us by gifting us a sweet signed sketch of your overlords Leda & Lilly.

I’ve started a fundraising campaign on crowd-funding site indiegogo.com. The money raised will help me to afford the cost of the art

Oh hello Auckland based sketchers! Do I have a treat for you. Barbara Holloway of Krd Business Association has approached us here at Sketchy HQ with a very special request. She is orchestrating a Fashion Speed Dating night on Fri 24 February (a night where fashion newbies get to speed date with fashion experts), which will also feature a wearable art event with creative designers creating paper garments from scratch. She's very keen to have Dr. Sketchy sketchers take part as artistic documenters of the event rather than photography, sketching the designers & such at work.

It's also a perfect opportunity for any of you who are interested to meet some pretty experienced industry folk & have a chat about your work. Who knows, maybe even get some future work. Some of the heavy hitters include the
