A massive thank you to the amazing sassy and stylish Ms Girdle Buster who traveled through time from the 1940s to be with us. And a huge thank you to The Avian Belle who invoked the sweet, delicate and strong sprit of the Tui. We couldn't imagine two more different blondes. Both utterly sensational. One of the competitions was to draw without using hands, artists utilised mouths, feet, insides of elbows, knees, nostrils, even the space between jaws and collarbones. On Saturday the 11th of September from 4pm at Mighty Mighty we will have two amazing performers and models the mistress of oddities, twisted jeweler, and stunningly winged beauty: The Avian Belle. Also bespoke milliner, swing dancer and dashing dame: Ms Girdle Buster. Prizes this month include beautiful handmade jewellery from Vaune Mason, an amazing head piece from Amy Jansen-Leen Milliner, burlesque classes with Miss La Belle and of course the utterly wonderful people at Calico jacks Boutique.

A big thank you to the beautiful Sonia Hendry - amazing pole dancer who wowed us with her strength and grace. And the ever amazing Miss Eva Strangelove who stood in last minute and truly brought it! Congratulations to Fifi for winning the Models' choice award and the lovely Amy Jansen-Leen who won the best dressed with her amazing 40s hair do. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

This month we have Sonia Hendry, the magnificent, accomplished and award winning pole dancer and the incredible woman behind Kiwi Pole Fitness - a ground breaking pole dance studio based in Lower Hutt. We are also utterly delighted to have the sensuous delight of Azura Serpentine accomplished burlesque performer as well as an amazing bellydancer. Azura has recently relocated from Christchurch where she performed with the wonderful burlesque troupe Ayla’s Angels. Both modelling and performing at Mighty Mighty, 4pm, Saturday 14th of August. $12/$14. Bring along your pencils, paper and friends. Wow! What a wonderful wonderful Dr. Sketchy, The super clever Mexican luchador El Jaguar brought up feelings of empathy, hilarity, joy, pity and sexiness that all fused together and lingered in the Mighty Mighty air just long enough to be awkward.
