We got into the groove of 2012 with an ode to the queen of pop and (at times, somewhat sketchy) style icon: Madonna. Desperately Sketching Susan had our art monkeys scrabbling for tickets, resulting in a packed house to welcome our diva-licious demi-goddess - Willow Noir. Willow made a special trip down from the windy shores of Wellington to model and perform for us and we were utterly stoked to have her!

February 5th was the Anti-Valentines Anti-Art School, Chicago Sketchy's style!
We served up a hot dish in the form of the super-sexy and statuesque Stella LaRocque. Then, we got tongue-tied and knots in our stomach after the achingly sensual Dottie La Vie performed a sexy, strappy burlesque number.

Oh hello Auckland based sketchers! Do I have a treat for you. Barbara Holloway of Krd Business Association has approached us here at Sketchy HQ with a very special request. She is orchestrating a Fashion Speed Dating night on Fri 24 February (a night where fashion newbies get to speed date with fashion experts), which will also feature a wearable art event with creative designers creating paper garments from scratch. She's very keen to have Dr. Sketchy sketchers take part as artistic documenters of the event rather than photography, sketching the designers & such at work.
